Nigeria,

enough financial resources were not made available by the government to boost
economic growth.

current account balance for Nigeria was estimated to be at USD 2.619 billions
for the year 2016 and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 177.25% and reach USD
2.587 by 2022. This positive current account balance indicates the Nigeria is
net lender to the whole world.
